...twas a heroic time when reaching for the stars did not have to include getting the stars in order to be successful.
davendra makes me yawn, but genesis p-orridge makes me real gone for a change.
This was a very good bunch of interesting sessions. I hope you do like listening to it. As usual, I bit off more than I could chew. You've surely noticed over the last decade, that there's always gonna be that huge list of "titles" which may or may not exist, may or may not even be planned to exist, may or may not be actual completed masters for this specific project, etceteramus. Don't be skeptical. My life is in the constant flux of compiling any and all recent unreleased audio recordings into ONE. Unlike the early days, now almost too much emphasis is placed on this task: the final choice of track sequence outweighs the quality of the compositions and arrangements. Like it really makes any difference. Juggling the varieties of styles, assigning clever "titles" to each, and finally wrapping up the exhausting process when the disc's maximum time is happily reached. It's a crap shoot, all the while me seeking the highest chance of successful listener enjoyment. You tell me. I seem to think it (sequence) matters too much, but ultimately it doesn't matter enough at all. What does matter is your index finger pushing Play. As you shall. Select and skip. The game of life.
