how to order from this catalog:
be patient - we're getting around to it.
we like the money, but we don't always like doing the work.
we want to break even, is that so wrong?:
shipping & handling for domestic orders [other than leadsheets] -
we only ship by U.S. Postal Service, preferably by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or in cases of extreme urgency [yours, not ours] by Overnight Express Mail for the exorbitant price of $14.50 for the first pound.
both these methods permit tracking the order. this is for our mutual protection, so that you can be sure the order has been shipped and we can be sure the order has been received;
if, for some
reason, this is not satisfactory -

there is no extra charge for s&h on leadsheets. we send these in an ordinary # 10 envelope by First Class Mail. (Wait, sorry... we don't sell Stevie's leadsheets anymore.)
shipping and handling for foreign orders:
shipping overseas is a problem, we never know what to charge. so...
we want $1. per item handling plus whatever it costs us to get the items to you.
send us specific instructions (air or surface, insurance, etc.) and enough money to cover the cost.
we suggest you send us a generous sum to cover s&h; and we will endeavor to maintain an advance account in your favor against future orders, reflecting any overpayment.
C.O.D. orders:
we do not accept C.O.D. orders.
cash orders:
we can be trusted with cash, but who else can? if we open your order and the cash is still there, it's cool with us.
petty annoyance tax - $10.:
we reserve the right to decline to deal with idiots and pests, but we have a
